our process:

i. Onboarding & STRATEGY

We begin with an onboarding call or meeting with the project manager and creative lead where we’ll discuss your vision for the project, timeline, cost, and deliverables.

From there we gather and organize content, define marketing strategy, consider your target audiences, and form the narrative structure of the presentation — beginning, middle, and end.

ii. DESIGN & Revision

We will start design on your project as soon as possible. Once we have some design directions prepared (usually a set of theme-defining pages or slides, and usually within a few days) we will present the directions to you for selection and approval.

After you have approved a design direction we will flush out the entire presentation, updating you along the way. During this stage we encourage you to give feedback based off the latest iteration of your deck. Often we will show more than one version on a page for you to decide which version is more successful.

iii. approval & delivery

Once you are happy with the final presentation, we will package up all of the necessary files and hand them over to you. If instructions are necessary we will provide those as well.

If your presentation is in a book format you will receive a printer proof before the book goes to press. Once the books have been printed, they are delivered to your specified address.

turnaround:

On average our turnaround is about a week or two, but turnaround absolutely depends on a number of factors: how many slides/pages, complexity, and what stage the presentation content is in.

Rest assured we will begin your project as soon as we are able — once we have the information we need, we’ll begin. Along the way, we will keep you posted with status updates as needed.

Rush or expedited services may be available at an additional fee determined by your deadline, how many slides/pages, complexity, and what stage the presentation content is in.
